Neumous’ ultrasound-mediated blood–brain barrier (BBB)
opening platform is designed to enable the targeted
delivery of therapeutics to the brain.
By combining precisely controlled ultrasound with systemically administered microbubbles, our technology generates localized mechanical forces within the brain’s microvasculature. These forces temporarily modulate the tight junctions between endothelial cells, creating a transient pathway through which therapeutic agents can reach targeted brain tissue. Our technology is non-invasive and uses neuronavigation system, real-time monitoring system for safe and precise BBB opening and drug delivery.
